Cancellation Policy
All appointment cancellations must be made no later than 7PM, the day before your appointment. To cancel your appointment, you must call our salon and speak to an associate. Please note that on Saturday and Sunday we close at 2PM, so you will need to call no later than 2PM on weekends to cancel your appointment. A no-show will result in a fee equal to the single session price of your missed service. Example: If you do not cancel your sauna appointment and you do not show up for your sauna appointment, you will be charged $40 You can speak with a Salon Associate to cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us at (949) 673-8826
